FOR THE LOVE OF SKATEBOARDING
리버티는 2019 년 이른 봄에 강원도 바닷가의 한 작은 마을인 하조대에 지어졌습니다.
우리는 미국에서 건너온 문화인 스케이트보드를 위한 공간을 제대로 만들기 위해
그라인드라인이라는 콘크리트 파크 전문 회사에 의뢰, 최정예 멤버들을 한국으로 초청하였습니다.
이들은 한국에 도착하자마자 진행되는 빡빡한 스케줄 속에서 산과 바다에서 휘몰아 치는 강원도의 강풍을 버텨내며 쉴틈없이 작업했고,
결국 대한민국 최조의 정식 콘크리트보울을 만들어 내고는 다시 홀연히 미국으로 돌아갔습니다.
리버티는 이들의 작품을 소중히 지켜내며 더 많은 이들이 스케이트보드가 주는 행복을 느껴가길 진심으로 바랍니다.

REVERTY skatepark was built during the early months of 2019 in Hajoedae, a small beach
town at the far east of South Korea, with a clear mission; create a proper space for
skateboarding.
We were hyped to invite the master builders at GRINDLINE SKATEPARKS, a professional
skatepark company in the US, who personaly visited Hajoedae during the windy season
and worked non-stop to build the first legit concrete bowl in South Korea.
REVERTY respects and honors their effort and trys to spread the joy of skateboarding to as many people as possible.
